Dr. Robert J. Abbiati
When you come to Dr. Robert J. Abbiati, you’re coming to the best! Dedicated to providing patients with personalized treatment plans, Dr. Abbiati creates a unique dental environment that’s relaxed, educational, and family-friendly. And, with the latest technology and years of experience on his side, he offers the highest quality dental care on Marco Island!
Dr. Abbiati attended Bucknell University and completed his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and East Asian studies. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University. After attending Bucknell and Northeastern Universities and earning degrees in an array of subjects, Dr. Abbiati transitioned to the world of science and health. He attended the University of North Florida for his post-baccalaureate in biology and chemistry.
From there, Dr. Abbiati earned his doctorate of dental surgery from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry before pursuing an advanced general practice residency at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine. His experience working emergency rooms as a trauma dentist at Montefiore Medical Center and Los Angeles County Hospital gave him unmatched experience that continues to benefit him today.
With a continued passion for education, Dr. Abbiati has advanced training in short-term orthodontics, implants, sleep dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, and more! With a diplomate status from the International Dental Implant Association, Dr. Abbiati is a well-rounded dentist who enjoys exploring new and creative methods of treatment.
